Your privacy is important to Automotive Edge, (referred to as "we" or "us" in this policy) and we wish to properly handle your personal information.
You are welcome to fully use our Web site without providing personal information. However, you will need to provide us with certain personal and/or business information if you would like us to maintain basic communication or carry on a commercial relationship with you.
We do not sell your personal/business information to third parties. Access to your personal information is limited to employees who need to have access to it. Our employees are subject to confidentiality restrictions preventing them from sharing your personal information with others.
After establishing a commercial relationship with us, we may in some situations deem it necessary to share your information with other persons or organizations. These may include agents acting on our behalf for the purpose of processing payment, debt collection or any other needs required by law to satisfy government agencies, such as for purposes of taxation, customs and revenue.

We periodically send E-mail newsletters to our customers who have subscribed to this service. Your E-mail address will not be automatically added to our mailing list without your consent. In subscribing to receive our newsletters, whether this is done online or through the Customer Service Desk at our location, you agree to allow us to use the E-mail address and the applicable information you provide (such as your name) to send you periodical news, notifications and/or specials. This service is free and it represents no further obligation on your part. This Site's use of association and manufacturer names, brands and/or trademarks is done for identification purposes and to acknowledge the materials and equipment used in the facility. The Company acknowledges that these elements remain the rightful property of their respective companies.
Displayed Pricing & Payment
Prices listed on this Site act as a guide only, and are subject to change without notice. Published prices generally include costs for labour and a minimum of materials required to complete the work. Other costs may be added/required depending on the condition of the vehicle, the type of work completed, or any additional work ordered for the vehicle at that time.
All prices are stated in Canadian Dollars, and do not include applicable GST or PST or any additional fees that may be required by law.
Unless otherwise agreed to beforehand, payment must be made in full for work completed at the time of completion. This includes the total cost of parts, labour, disposal or any other costs incurred during the service.
Accepted in-store payment methods include cash, debit, Visa® or MasterCard®.
After Hours Key Drop
Customers who choose to drop off their vehicles after hours accept the responsibility of parking at their own risk. The Company accepts no liability for any vehicles or articles that are vandalized or stolen while being dropped off outside the lot gate after hours. As a precautionary measure, do not leave keys between the house doors or anywhere else that is publicly accessible. Street parking is not permitted at any time. If an individual chooses to park on the street or in any other inappropriate area and in so doing their vehicle is ticketed or towed, the Company cannot be held responsible for any parking infractions.
